Land To Snow is an expert in servicing commercial, industiral, and multi-residential properties. Available 7 months out of the year, our crews clear and power sweep sidewalks and use heavy equipment to clear and sand your parking lots.

 

You can now say "let it snow" and never worry about icy situations - our crews are ready for anything! Our services include, but of course not limited to:

  • ​Sidewalk and parking lot clearing

  • Sidewalk sand and ice melt application

  • Parking lot snow pushing and piling

  • Sanding services for parking lots and roadways

  • Off-site snow haul

We offer one time clearings to extented 5-6 month  contracts.  Want to try us out first?  We also offer hourly billing for one off service requests!  We record all our activity on your sites for insurance purposes.  Insured $5,000.000.00 Liability & WCB.

Additional Services

Wait, there's more!

Weed control and litter clean-up services can be performed with 1 to 7 visits on a weekly basis. The scope of work includes sidewalk maintenance, parking lot surface clear of all litter, garbage cans, and refuse. We provide all tools, equipment, and apparatus and materials necessary to complete full clean up services. Services include:

  • Removal of curb stops, supply, and installation

  • Cement damage repair
